摘要
目的研究中剂量螺旋藻多糖与银杏叶有效成分按不同比例复合,对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用,以找到一种治疗肿瘤疾病的新途径。方法中剂量100mg/(kg.d)螺旋藻多糖与银杏叶有效成分按1∶1、2∶1和1∶2的比例复合分别灌服小鼠,观察对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用。结果螺旋藻多糖与银杏叶有效成分1∶1比例复合组、2∶1比例复合组和1∶2比例复合组的抑瘤率分别比空白对照组提高39.436%(P<0.05)、25.121%(P<0.05)和36.680%(P<0.05)。与空白对照组相比,试验组小鼠的脾指数、胸腺指数和外周白细胞数差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论中剂量螺旋藻多糖与银杏叶有效成分复合使用,对抑制小鼠S180肉瘤能产生协同增效作用,且对小鼠未见免疫损伤。
Objective Middle dosage polysaccharides from spirulina platensis(PSP) was compounded with the effective ingredient of ginkgo biloba in different kinds of proportion, studying the inhibitory effects of the compound on the sarcoma180 of the mice, so as to find a new method of treating knub. Methods Feed the mice separately with the compound, which was mixed middle dosage [ 100mg/( kg·d) ] polysaecharides from spimlina platensis (PSP) with the effective ingredient of ginkgo biloba at the ratio of 1: 1, 2: 1, 1: 2, observing the inhibitory effects on the sareoma180 of the mice. Results Compared with the control group, the inhibitory rate of the PSP and the effective ingredient of ginkgo biloba compound at the ratio of 1: 1,2: 1, 1:2 was significantly enhanced by 39. 436% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ,25. 121% ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and 36. 680% ( P 〈 0. 05) respectively. Compared with the control group, there were no remarkable differences between all the experimental exponents of mice spleen, thymus and peripheral leukocyte numbers ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The compound could bring synergic action in inhibiting the sarcoma180 of the mice, and there were no immune damnification for the mice.
