摘要
细交链孢菌[Alternaria alternate(Fr.)Keissler]菌丝生长的最适温度为25℃;最适光照强度前72 h为1600 Lx,之后为6600 Lx;最适相对湿度为65%左右;最适pH值为7.0左右。除温度对该菌菌丝的生长有显著影响外,其他物理条件的影响都不显著。在不同的营养条件下产生的孢子量不同;缺Zn环境中最有利于孢子的产生,缺K时生长状况次之,在缺C,N,P时会抑制它的生长。
The optimum temperature for growth mycelial of Alternaria alternate is at 25 ℃.The optimum light intensity is 1600 Lx in the first 72 h,6600 Lx in the second 72 h.The optimum relative moisture is 65 %,pH is 7.0.Many physical factors have no notable influence on mycelial growth except temperature.Nutrient element affects the amount of fungus spore.For example,deficiency of Zn element will induce development of spore,deficiency of K is next.However,deficiency of C,N and P will decrease growth.
