网格与本体协同的心血管疾病领域本体的构建 被引量:1

摘要 在讨论了面向网格与本体协同的医学知识获取体系的基础上,主要创新在于以心血管疾病知识为例,构建与医学网格本体知识库匹配用的领域医学本体知识库资源,建立心血管本体体系结构和领域模式,形式地表示领域概念、概念的性质及概念与概念关系之间的各种约束与公理,为各领域医学本体知识库体系结构及构建方法提供参考。 The construction of domain medical ontology repository resource cooperating with medical grid ontology repository is discussed, based on grid and ontology in the medical knowledge acquisition, taking cardiovascular disease ontology repository as example. A cardiovascular ontology system architecture and domain methods is built, formally express domain concepts, characters of concepts and various constrain and axiom, which can be provided references to the system architecture and construction methods of various domain medical ontology repository.
