摘要
以固体硫酸氢钠为催化剂催化合成异丁酸异丁酯,讨论了影响催化酯化的各种因素。其优化的反应条件为:n(异丁酸)∶n(异丁醇)=1∶3.0,n(催化剂)∶n(异丁酸)=0.04∶1、反应时间为2.0 h,此时异丁酸异丁酯的产率约为90%。
The synthesis of isobutyl isobutyrate with sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst was studied. The effects of reaction parameters were investigated and the optimum conditions were determined as follows: the molar ratio of iso butyric acid to isobutyl alcohol 1 : 3. 0, the molar ratio of catalyst to iso butyric acid was 0. 04 : 1, the reaction time was 2.0 h,and the yield of iso butyl iso butyrate was about 90%.
