摘要
系统地阐述了车牌号识别系统中车牌图像预处理的几个关键步骤。在传统的图像处理方法的基础上加以创新,经过处理,最后得到比较完美的、没有边框和随机小噪点的车牌图像。提出的车牌图像预处理方法对灰度图像可以达到较好的处理效果。
Some pivotal processes of license plate image pretreatment applied in license plate number identifying system are expounded. Some innovations to the traditional image disposed measures are imported. The image pretreatment method presented is able to achieve an efficient handling result for gray images.
