摘要 在采用离散元法分析散粒物料与相关机械部件的接触作用时,如何建立复杂结构和不同运动方式机械部件的离散元法分析模型,已成为离散元法工程应用需要解决的主要问题。运用一种基于机械部件二维CAD模型(CAD软件设计图)建立其三维离散元法分析模型的方法,即利用AutoCAD功能强大的二次开发包并综合运用投影匹配、智能辅助线以及人机交互等方法,建立机械部件三维离散元法分析模型的方法,从而实现了由机械部件的CAD模型进行机械部件的离散元法性能分析,为相关机械部件的数字化设计和虚拟设计提供了一种新方法和新工具。 It is an main problem for the use of DEM project that how to build complex structure and mechanical parts while using DEM to analyze the contraction between granular materials and related mechanical parts. A new method is presented to build a DEM model basing on 2D CAD model of machinery parts( CAD graphics ), or it uses the secondary develop package of AutoCAD software, with the help of the algorithm of projection match,intelligent assistant lines and through the interaction active means to build a 3D DEM analysis model and make performance evaluation for mechanical parts of CAD model. It provides a new method and new tool for the digital and virtual designing of the mechanical parts.
