摘要
在具有可选服务、反馈、一般重试时间的M/G/1排队系统基础上,考虑顾客批量到达的情况,建立了反馈、可选服务多类型的重试排队模型。采用补充变量法,首先建立了系统稳态下的状态转移方程,通过求解得到了稳态下重试区队长的概率母函数,进而计算出稳态下重试区的平均队长。
A batch arrival queueing system on the basis of retrial M/G/1 queueing system with feedback and optional services is considered. A multi-type queuing system including retrial, feedback and optional services is setup. A supplementary variable technique is used to obtain the steady-state function and the steady-statep probability generation function of the number of customers in the orbit. The mean of the number of customers in the orbit is obtained.
