摘要
利用固有结构动力学方法,分析了非晶材料的自由能纯态,导出非晶材料的自由能的温度关系,同时利用部分结晶的存在,对最低能谷出现的影响机理导出了非晶态材料均匀结晶条件下构型熵的温度关系。
With inherent structure dynamical way, temperature dependence of free energy has been educed by analyzing pure states of free energy for noncrystal material, also temperature dependence of configurational entropy for noncrystal material with uniform crystal by considering partial crystal's influence on minimum energy valley is gotten
