摘要
通过油液光谱分析技术,对发动机磨损过程进行监测。通过实际得到的油液监测数据,作出发动机实际磨损图与发动机磨损理论图进行对比,研究了发动机磨损过程三个阶段的磨损特点。实例表明,在对发动机磨损状态的监测中,油液光谱分析技术分析速度快,准确性高,具有很强的工程应用前景。
On the base of digital image processing, the arithmetic of 8-connected regions in order to measure the area of regions in the two-value image is brought forward. First of all, the image is scanned by every row and every line. The connected regions are obtained in several labeling strategies. Moreover, the pixel of every connected re-gion is obtained. Then, it can be gained the area of the regions by the ruler conversion. The results showed that the arithmetic can be used to mark the connected region. Thus, the arithmetic of S-connected regions can be used to measure the area and diameter of particulate matter in micrograph.
