复方利多卡因乳膏治疗早泄的临床研究

Effect of compound lidocaine cream on the treatment of premature ejaculation

目的:评价复方利多卡因乳膏对早泄的治疗价值。方法:选择80例病人,外用复方利多卡因乳膏于性交前15分钟涂搽阴茎头,20次为1疗程。观察治疗后射精潜伏期、CIPE-5评分、GPSEP潜伏期和振幅的变化。结果:治疗后双方总满意率为86.25%,治疗后射精潜伏期明显延长,CIPE-5评分显著增加,GPSEP潜伏期延长、振幅降低。结论:复方利多卡因乳膏疗效满意,且有使用方便,安全性较高的优势,可作为治疗早泄的手段之一。

Objectives： To evaluate the effect of compound lidocaine cream on the treatment of premature ejaculation. Methods： Compound lidocaine cream was applied to glans of 80 patients 15 minustes before sexual intercourse, 20 times for one treatment course. Then observations were made on the changes of ejaculatory latency,CIPE -5 score,GPSEP latency and amplitude after the treatment. Results： Total satisfaction rate of both sides is 86.25% after treatment, Eaculatory latency is significantly prolonged. CIPE- 5 score is observably increased. GPSEP latency is prolonged and amplitude is reduced. Conclusion： Being safe and user - friendly, Compound lidocaine cream has satisfactory curative effect and can be used in the treatment of premature ejaculation.
