婚姻与性需求是人的基本需求之一,婚姻质量通过生活质量,影响人的身心健康和工作质量。关注并关心员工的家庭婚姻问题,促进夫妻性生活和谐,提升其婚姻质量,是实施人性化激励管理的应有之义和重要内容。
Marriage and sex needs are one of a person＇ s basic needs. By exerting influence on life quality, marriage quality may affect a person＇ s career as well as his emotional and physical health. Therefore, a humanized management should show more concern to its employees＇ marriage life, encourage their sexual life harmony and promote their marriage quality.
