摘要
使用实际生产与工业窑特制的两种水泥样品,通过 XRD分析、SEM观测以及 R2O、膨胀性能的测定,研究了硅灰、矿渣对自应力硫铝酸盐水泥前期胀裂和自由膨胀的抑制作用与机理;提出了膨胀抑制剂的观点;认为在限制水泥R2O含量的同时引入矿渣作膨胀抑制剂构成水泥的基本组分,可加速钙矾石形成及C2S的水化反应,增加C-S-H凝胶量,显著降低无效膨胀,具有充分的使用安全性;用该水泥制造的压力管,可以同时避免前期与后期两类爆管事故。
Using two kinds of cement samples produced actually and specially made in industry kiln and by means of XRD analysis, SEM observation and measurement of R2O expanded properties, silica fume and slag reacted on retarded action and mechanism of early expansion and breaking and free expansion of self - stress sulphoaluminate cement is stated in this paper. Authors offer their viewpoints of expansive retarder and think that add slag as expansive retarder to form basic constituents of cement while limiting R2O content in cement can speed up the formation of ettringite and hydration reaction of G2S and increase amount of C-S-H gel and greatly decrease invalid expansion and it has full safety in application. In the meanwhile, accidents of eary and late tube explosion can be avoided when using this kind of cement to produce pressure tubes.
