摘要
文章通过工程实例介绍了转妒烟气制酸流程的DCS监控系统对采用动力波洗涤烟气与二转二吸的烟气SO_2回收工艺流程实施了较为完善的电仪合一的监控,编程组态简捷,运行可靠,是一较为成功的工程应用实例,具有一定的借鉴作用。
The article introduces DCS monitoring and control system for acid-making process using converting furnace gas, to realize the more perfect supervisory with integration of electrical equipments and instruments in the process of recycling SO2 using the gas of the power wave washing and twice converting with twice absorbing, thus resulting in prompt programming and configuration and reliable operation. That is a more successful project application example, and has certain effect of using for reference.
