摘要
针对多座焦炉集气管压力系统具有多回路、强耦合、非线性、参数时变的特点,SM-YL600A多焦炉集气管压力智能控制系统采用基于模糊控制理论的控制方法,并与计算机技术相结合,解决了具有相互耦合的多座焦炉集气管压力稳定的问题。实际运行结果表明,该方法稳定可靠、易于操作。
According to the characteristics of multiple loops, close coupling, nonlinear and changed parameters with time in several coke oven collector pressure control systems, a new control method based on the fuzzy control theory are adopted with the computer technology, solving problems of collector pressure stability control for several coke oven with close coupling characteristics. The running results show that the control method is stable and reliable and is prone to operation.
