Development of gene therapy for colorectal cancer

大肠癌的基因治疗作为一种新的治疗手段,近年来倍受关注,其很多研究已进入临床阶段。大肠癌基因治疗的研究主要包括:自杀基因治疗、基因修复或置换治疗、反义基因治疗、免疫基因治疗及溶瘤病毒治疗等。此文就近期大肠癌的基因治疗研究结果和存在的问题作一综述。

Gene therapy is an innovative approach for colorectal cancer and deserves particular attention. Techniques include suicide gene therapy, gene correction or replacement therapy, antisense gene therapy, immune gene therapy, Oncolytic viro-therapy, most of which have entered clinical trials. In this article, we summarize the results and problems of recent studies in gene therapy for colorectal cancer.
