升补宗气法治疗老年冠心病心绞痛发作临床对照观察

Clinical Observation on Senile Angina Pectoris of CHD Treated with Promoting Pectoral Qi Method

运用升补宗气法治疗老年冠心病心绞痛发作40例，设立对照组，进行临床观察，结果表明：症状总改善率94．5／，显效率57．5％，心电图总有效率72．5％，显效率35％；同时能纠正心律失常，提高心脏功能，改善生活质量。统计表明各方面疗效均明显优于速效救心丸对照组。

Based on the characteristic of senile angina pectoris mainly manifested by out of breath, dyspnea, lack of energy, sweating and arrhythmia, TCM theory differentiates it as'deficiency of pectoral qi'. The authors treated 40 cases of senile angina pectoris by promoting pectoral qi method and set up control group to do clinical .observation. The results showed that in study group the overall symptom improvement rate was 94.5%,the significant effective rate was 57. 5 %,ECG total effective rate was 72. 5% and marked effective rate was 35%. This method can correct arrhythmia, promote cardiac function, improve life quality as well.Statistics showed that the therapeutic effect of study group was remarkably better than that of the control group(treated with Su Xiao Jiu Xin pill).
