金牛腹痛片治疗急症胃痛的实验研究

Experimental Study on Jin Niu Fu Tong Tablet in Treating Acute Stomachache

通过运用金牛腹痛片进行的对小鼠镇痛作用、对大鼠应激性溃疡的影响、对胃液分泌的影响、对家兔离体和在体平滑肌的作用、对小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性的影响及安全性实验，结果显示其有明显的镇痛和解除在体、离体平滑肌痉挛、减少胃液分泌、降低胃液酸度、保护胃粘膜和减少毛细血管通透性的作用，临床应用亦是安全的。说明金牛腹痛片治疗急症胃痛的机理与镇痛、解痉、减少胃液分泌、制酸、保护胃粘膜和抗炎作用有关。

The analgetic effect of Jin Niu Fu Tong tablet in mice and its influence on stress ulcer and gastric secretion in wistar, the effect on smooth muscle of rabbits ,the influence on skin capillary permeability of mice as well as safety test were observed. The results showed that it has obvious effects in stopping pain, relieving spasm of smooth muscle both in vivo and in vitro, lowering gastric secretion and gastric acidity, protecting gastric mucosa and decreasing capillary permeability.It is also safety in clinical application. These functions may be its mechanism of treating acute stomachache.
