摘要
B型超声诊断壶腹部肿瘤系统报道较少,定位准确率报道不一。本文分析了经手术及病理证实的75例壶腹部肿瘤超声图像特征。结果:B型超声在壶腹部肿瘤定位诊断中的准确性与检查者操作手法及经验密切相关。本文认为B超对壶腹部肿瘤的定位诊断准确率是较高的,达86％,不失为一种有价值的诊断手段。
Few cases of carcinoma of ampulla vater diagnosed by B-made ultrasound have been reported. The accurate rate to loculize tumour ranged differently. The ultrasonographic characteristics of 75 cases of carcinoma of ampulla vater with diagnosis confirmed pathologically after operation were analysed. The result showed that the accurate rate to localize the turnour was related closely to the technique and experience of the operators. Our experience revealed that the accurate rate to localize the tumor was comparatively high, reached 86％. B-mode ultrasound is valuable in the diagnosis carcinoma of ampulla vater.
