摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法测定了培氟沙星含量及与四种常用药物在５％葡萄糖中的配伍。结果表明，培氟沙星与多巴胺、尼可刹米、阿拉明、地塞米松的配伍，４８ｈ内无理化禁忌，含量亦无明显变化。因此认为在临床上混合静滴是可行的。
Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for the study on compatible stability of Peflacin in glucose injection and four commonly used drugs.The results showed that compatibility of peflacin injection and injection of dopamine hydrochloridi, nikethamide, dexamethasone natriphosphatis were feasible and no change occured significantly in the infusion within 48h.thus, the mixed injections may be used in clinical practice.
