摘要
近１０年来手术治疗中老年人腰椎间盘突出症６４例，４５例获１～１０ａ（平均２年９个月）的随访，结果优２５例，良１４例，可６例，优良率为８６．９％（３９／４５）。作者强调术前的周密准备是安全度过手术麻醉关的重要保证；术中选择连续硬膜外麻醉具有安全可靠、效果满意、副作用小等优点；术式首选全椎板切除髓核摘除术，可同时解决腰椎退行性系列改变的诸多问题。
The authors reproted 64 cases of LDH in the aged treated with surgery in past ten years. 45 cases were followed-up for 1～10 years with an average of 2 years and 9 months. The results were excellent in 25 cases, good in 14 and fair in 6. 86.9%(39/45) had excellent and good results. It was emphasized that careful preoperative preparations were important guarantee of the operative anesthetic success. The continuous epidural anesthesia selected during the operative period has the advantage of safety, reliability, satisfactory effect and less side-effect. All laminectomy and discectomy may simultaneously solve a series of problems of lumbar degenerative changes.
