助学贷款发放标准和额度的模式比较——兼谈我国国家助学贷款量化体系的构建

A Comparison of Models for Student Loan Standard and Amount——The Construction of National Quantity System of Student Loan in China

我国的国家助学贷款制度实施以来,在发放标准和额度方面存在着一定的问题,这制约了该制度的有效实施。美国、日本、泰国、香港地区在这方面的制度建设较有成效,其经验可供参考。经过比较分析可以发现,我国国家助学贷款的发放标准和额度可以借鉴美国模式,构建自己的量化体系。

Abstract：Since the national institution of student loan in china was implemented, there have been some problems in the student loan standard and amount,which restrict the effective implementation of the institu- tion. America,Japan, Thailand and Hongkong have made great achievements in the construction of the institution of student loan standard and amount, which can provide some reference for us. Through the comparison, we come to a conclusion that china should learn from American model as to establish our national quantity system of the student loan standard and amount.
