摘要
近二十年来,我国着力推进社会主义民主政治、改善民生、建设法治政府和服务型政府,这些国家政策变迁为我国行政法学发展提供了宝贵契机。尤其是改善民生的国家政策将推动给付行政法研究,有序参与的民主政策将催生公私合作制研究,利益统筹政策将促进多元化纠纷解决机制研究。对这三个领域的热切关注和持续研究将直接影响我国行政法学在未来数十年的变迁格局。
The PRC have been exerting theirself to advance socialism democracy, improve the people＇s livelihood, and construct the government base-on the rule of law and public service for twenty years. These changes of national policy provide many opportunities for the development of Administrative law. In the future, we should pay much attention to some new subjects. Firstly, improving people＇ s livelihood will promote the development of administrative law on benefits. Secondly, public participation will hasten the public - private partnership research. Thirdly, overall consideration will accelerate the construction of the mechanism of multiple dispute resolution.
