摘要
在保证铝合金整体压铸梯级的品质和安全性能的原则上，对约15kg重的1000mm传统铝合金整体压铸梯级进行合理的改良、减重以便节约铝合金材料，降低制造成本，为客户提升产品竞争力。改良减重后的铝合金整体压铸梯级安全性合格、自重轻、刚性强、弹性变形小、噪声低、耐腐蚀性强、装拆维护方便，制造成本能低。
Based on the quality and safty use of the 1 000mm AI. alloy die casting steps, we meliorated the 15kg weight step to achieve the result for saving the production cost, and raising customer＇s market competition ability. The meliorated steps has the advantage for safty, light weight, less distortion, anti-corrupt, easy assembly, low cost and loss rate.
