摘要 修订乌拉地尔质量标准中红外鉴别方法。采用DSC、IR技术对乌拉地尔样品进行分析。结果表明,晶型不一致的样品其IR图谱存在一定的差异,用氯仿进行重结晶得到的样品IR光谱一致。该方法操作简单、重现性良好,可以作为乌拉地尔红外鉴别的样品预处理方法。 To revise IR identify in the quality specification ot urapidil, Using DSC and IR to study samples of urapidil. The infrared spectrums of the samples of urapidil were not completely in conformity with each other, if the polymorphic forms of the samples were not in conformity. The infrared spectrums of the sample of urapidil recrystallized from chloroform appeared the similiar infrared spectrums. The method is convenient and repeatability, and is proved to be suitable for the pretreatment method of IR Identify in the quality specification of urapidil substance.
