视神经萎缩的疗效观察

目的：观察中药、针灸和穴位注射联合应用对视神经萎缩的疗效。方法：应用中药、针灸和穴位注射方法对不同类型的１０８例（１３４只眼）视神经萎缩进行了治疗，对治疗前后的视力和视野改变进行了比较，并对治疗效果与相关因素的关系进行了分析。结果：治疗病例中好转１１３只眼，无效２１只眼，有效率为８４３％。结论：中药、针灸和穴位注射联合应用是治疗视神经萎缩的有效方法之一；治疗效果与发病原因、病程等因素有关。
