茶色素对放化疗中肿瘤患者免疫功能的作用

THE PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF TEA PIGMENT ON IMMUNE FUNCTION OF CANCER PATIENTS DURING RADIOTHERAPY AND CHEMOTHERAPY

对８０例恶性肿瘤患者进行了茶色素加放化疗和单纯放化疗随机分组研究。结果显示，恶性肿瘤患者放化疗前Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ４／Ｔ８、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ和ＩｇＭ均低于正常人，抑制性淋巴细胞Ｔ８上升，单纯放化疗后Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ４／Ｔ８及ＩｇＧ进一步下降，Ｔ８继续上升，表明放化疗能抑制患者免疫功能，而茶色素加放化疗组各项指标较疗前改变不明显，提示茶色素对放化疗中恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能有保护作用，且无毒副作用。

The study was conducted in 80 patients with various cancers.They were randomly allocated to receive radiotherapy or chemotherapy alone and tea pigment plus radiation therapy or chemotherapy.After treatment the decrease in T 3,T 4,T 4/T 8,IgG,IgA,and increase in T 8 are more pronouneced in radiotherapy or chemotherapy alone group in comparision with tea pigment plus radiotherapy or chemotherapy group.This results indicated that tea pigment posses immune protective effect in patients receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
