吡喃阿霉素治疗恶性淋巴瘤的对比观察

A CLINICAL COMPARATIVE OBSERVATION OF TETRAHYDROPYRANYL ADRIAMYCIN VS ADRIAMYCIN IN THE TREATMENT OF MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA

应用吡喃阿霉素和阿霉素为主联合化疗分别治疗２５例恶性淋巴瘤，进行对比观察。两组病例治疗有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）均为８８．０％，无差异。药物毒副反应白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心、呕吐两组间均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。心脏、肝脏毒性及脱发发生率吡喃阿霉素组（１６．０％，０．０％及１６．０％）明显低于阿霉素组（２８．０％，１６．０％及５２．０％）（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。

In order to compare the efficacy and toxicity of tetrahydropyranyl adriamycin(THP)vs adriamycin(ADM)in the treatment of malignant lymphoma,25 patients with malignant lymphoma were treated with CHOP regimen(CTX,ADM,VCR and PDN)as a control group(ADM group),while 25 equivalent cases received CTOP regimen(CTX,THP,VCR and PDN)(THP group).The response rates of the two groups were identical(both 80%).There were no differences in leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).But the incidences of heart,liver toxicity and alopecia were significantly less in THP groups(16.0%,0.0% and 16.0%)than in ADM group (28.0%, 16.0% and 52.0%)(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05,respectively).
