摘要
[目的]探讨超声波提取桔皮色素的适宜条件。[方法]单因素试验研究超声波提取桔皮色素的提取工艺,正交试验确定最佳提取工艺,并与传统热回流提取法进行比较。[结果]选择95%乙醇作为浸提剂。随着提取温度的升高、提取时间的延长、料液比的增加和提取次数的增多,桔皮色素的提取量呈增加趋势,最佳提取工艺是:提取溶剂95%乙醇,料液比1∶6,提取温度50℃,提取3次,每次提取15min,此条件下提取的桔皮色素的吸光度明显大于热回流提取的色素的吸光度。[结论]该研究为桔皮的进一步综合利用提供了参考依据。
[Objective] The aim was to discuss the optimum condition of extracting pigments from orange peel by ultrasonic. [Method] The technology of extracting pigments from orange peel by ultrasonic was studied through single factor experiment, the optimum extraction technology was ascertained through orthogonal experiment and it was compared with the traditional thermal reflux method. [Result] 95% ethanol was selected as extractant. As the exxon temperature ascended, the exwaction time extended, the ratio of material to liquid and the extraction times increased, the extraction amount of pigments from orange peel showed increasing trend, The optimum extraction technology was extractant of 95% ethanol, ratio of material to liquid of 1:6, extraction temperature of 50 ℃, extraction for 3 times and 15 rain once, Under dais condition, the absorbance of the extracted pigments from orange peel was significantly bigger than that by themal flux method. [ Conclusion]The research provided reference foundation for further comprehensive utilization of orange peel.
