摘要
阐述了橙皮苷的结构特点、生理活性及其体内代谢途径的研究进展,并对从柑橘中提取橙皮苷的几种新型工艺进行了概述。
The research on the structure characteristic, physiological activities and metabolism of hesperidin were reviewed. The new techniques of extracting hesperidin from citrus were also summarized.
