摘要
[目的]研究黄花蒿生殖期光合特性。[方法]采用Li-6400便携式光合作用系统测定生殖期黄花蒿叶片的有关光合参数。[结果]黄花蒿生殖期的光合日变化曲线呈双峰型,峰谷之间差别不大。生殖期黄花蒿叶片仍有较强的光合作用,一天中最大净光合速率为22.60μmol/(m2.s)。生殖期黄花蒿叶片的光饱和点为800μmol/(m2.s)左右,光补偿点为21.98μmol/(m2.s),表观光量子效率为0.046;其CO2饱和点应不低于1600μmol/mol,CO2补偿点为70.37μmol/mol,羧化效率为0.053。[结论]生殖期黄花蒿叶片存在较缓和的"午休"现象,此期较强光合作用的绿叶仍能为黄花蒿花的发育及种子生长提供一定的物质和能量。生殖期黄花蒿叶片适应一定的荫蔽环境。
[Objective] The purpose was to study the photosynthetic characteristics of Artemisia annua L. in reproductive period [Method] Li-64(10 portable photosynthesis system was used to measure the photosynthetic parameters in leaf of A. annua L, in reproductive period, [ Result ] The curve of photosynthetic daily variation in leaf of A, annua in reproductive period had two peaks with little difference, In this period, the leaves still kept the strong photosynthesis, with the maximum net photosynthetic rate of 22.60μmol/(m^2.s) in a day. The light saturation point in leaf of A. annua L in reproductive period was about 800μmol/(m^2.s ), the light compensation point was 21μmol/( m^2.s ), the apparent quantum efficiency was 0,046, the CO2 saturation point was above 1 (300μmol/mol,CO2 compensation point was 70.37μmol/mol and the carboxylation efficiency was 0.053, [Conclusion] There was a tempered midday depression in leaf Of A. annua L. in reproductive period during which the higher net photosynthetic rate of green leaves could provide some material and energy for flower development and seeds development of A. annua and the leaves of A. annua could adapt the shaded environment to some degree.
