不同的体外培养条件对绵羊毛囊生长的影响

Effect of Different in vitro Culture Conditions on the Growth of Sheep Hair Follicle

选择蒙古绵羊完整的生长期毛囊,分别培养于有血清及无血清的3种不同的培养基中,研究了不同的体外培养条件对绵羊毛囊生长的影响。结果表明,Williams E无血清培养基+胰岛素等相关药品培养液中培养的绵羊毛囊最接近于绵羊自然生长毛囊,表现出生长发育初期的结构特征,培养后期的毛囊尽管正常生长发育,但结构有了明显的变化。

In the lab experiment the Mongolia Sheep＇ s integral hair tollicles which in the growing period were chosen and were cultured in three different kinds of culture medium with serum or Mithout serum The effects of different in vitro culture conditions on the growth of sheep hair tolliele were studied. The result showed that the sheep＇s hair follicles cultured in Williams E culture medium vdthout serum adding insulin and other related drugs were most likely to the sheep hair follicles grown in the natural condition and had the structure characters in its early growing feriod. The hair follicles cultured in the late period were still grinding naturally, but the structure of the hair follicles wa,s changed apparently.
