摘要
[目的]探讨苦豆子对小鼠免疫功能的影响,为中药免疫抑制剂的开发提供一定的参考依据。[方法]将8周龄昆明小鼠按低、中、高浓度分为3组,灌胃给药,每天给药量分别为5、10、15 g/kg,连续7 d,灌服0.5 ml/d饮用水的小鼠为对照组,通过淋巴细胞转化试验和常规HE染色试验,研究苦豆子水煎剂对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖率和脾脏组织结构的影响。[结果]与对照组相比,经3个浓度苦豆子水煎剂处理后小鼠的T、B淋巴细胞增殖率均极显著降低(P<0.01)。经中浓度和低浓度苦豆子水煎剂处理后小鼠脾脏红髓中B淋巴细胞密度明显降低,其中经中浓度苦豆子水煎剂处理后密度最小。[结论]苦豆子水煎剂可降低小鼠淋巴细胞增殖率和脾脏红髓中B淋巴细胞密度,从而对脾脏的免疫清除功能产生影响。苦豆子对小鼠的免疫功能有一定的抑制效应。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effect of Sophora alopecuroides L. on miee's immune function and provide certain reference basis for the development of herd immunosuppressant [Method] Eight-week-old Kunming mice divided into 3 groups (high-concn. group, middle-conch. group and low-eonen, group) were continuously given medieine through intragastrie infusion with the daily dose of 5, 10, 15 g/kg for 7 day. Mice infused 0.5 ml/d drinking water were taken as eontrol group. In the lymphocyte transformation test and the eonventional HE staining test, the effects of Sophora alopeeuraides L. decoction on the proliferation rate of lymphocytes and tissue structure of spleen in mice were studied. [Result] Compared with control group, the proliferation rates of T and B lymphocytes in mice after being treating with S. alopecuraides decoction at 3 conen, were both extremely signifi- cantly decreased( P 〈 0.01 ). The density of B lymphocytes in red pulpses of spleen in mice after being treating with S. alopecuraides decoction at middle and low concn, was obviously deereased, among which that with S. alopecuraides decoction at middle concn, was smallest. [ Conclusion ] S. alopecuraides decoction could decrease the proliferation of lymphocytes the density of B lymphocytes in red pulpses of mice spleen. So it had effects on the immure clearance funetion of spleen. S. alopecuraides had certain inhibitory effects on the immune function of mice.
