摘要
从我国粮食安全战略需要的角度,分析了食用昆虫产业化的必要性,针对我国食用昆虫利用现状提出了食用昆虫产业化的对策。
From the aspect of food safety strategy needs in China, the necessity of edible insects industrialization was analyzed. Aiming at the current utilization status of edible insects in China, the countermeasure of edible insects industrialization was put forward.
