摘要
[目的]为红菇的开发与利用提供理论依据。[方法]采用超声波提取法、微波提取法和浸提法分别处理红菇子实体干品以获得提取液,并研究其抑菌作用。[结果]红菇子实体的超声波提取液对细菌、霉菌和酵母菌均有一定的抑制作用,抑菌效果随超声时间的增加而增强。红菇子实体的微波提取液对不同菌种也有一定的抑菌作用,但较弱。以无水乙醇为提取剂时,红菇子实体提取液对细菌、霉菌、酵母菌均有抑制作用,但以无菌水为提取剂时其仅对黑曲霉有抑制作用。红菇子实体的浸提法提取液只对黑曲霉有一定的抑制作用。[结论]超声波提取法所获得的提取液对不同菌种的抑菌作用较其他提取方法要强。
[Objective] The aim of the research was to provide the theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Russula, [Method] The dried fruitbodies of Russula were treated by ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction and extraction to obtain the extracts and study their bacteriostatic action. [ Result] The ultrasonic extract from the fruitbodies of Russula all had certain inhibition to bacteria, mildew and micmzyme and the inhibitory effects were strengthened vdth the increasing of ultrasonic time, The microwave extract from the fruitbodies of Russula also had certain inhibition to different microbial strains, but they were weaker. When anhydrous alcohol was taken as extractant, the extract from the fruitbodies of Russula all had inhibition to bacteria, mildew and microzyme, When aseptic water was taken as extractant, the extract from the fruitbodies of Russula only had inhibition to Aspergillus niger. The extract from the fruitbodies of Russula by extraction only had eertain inhibition to A. niger. [Conclusion] The bacteriostatie action of the extract obtaiued by ultra.sonic extraction to different microbial strains was stronger than that by other extraction rnethods.
