摘要 目的:探讨茶叶中铝含量的测定方法。方法:以水杨基荧光酮(SAF)作显色剂,用分光光度法测定样品中铝的含量。结果:回归方程为C=0.2734A+0.0087,相关系数r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.2%,相对标准偏差小于2%。结论:此法操作简单,精密度、回收率都较好,适用于茶叶中铝含量的测定。 The method of testing the aluminum content in tea was discussed. The salieyl fluorescence alkone (SAF) was used as color reagent, the contents of the aluminum in tea was determined by spectrophotometry. Results showed that the regression equation was C = 0.273 4A + 0.0087 with the eorrelalion coefficient r = 0.999 7 and the average rate of recovery was 99.2%. The relative standard deviation was less than 2%. This method was simple, with high aeeuracy and recover, which was suitable to deteminate the content of aluminum in tea.
