摘要
在技术接受模型(TAM)的基础上,增加了主观规范、工作相关度、不确定性避免、系统响应时间等外部变量,在认知层面增加了可靠认知变量,提出了B2B电子商务系统的技术接受模型,并进行了实证分析和检验。研究发现,主管规范、工作相关度、系统响应时间是影响用户对B2B电子商务系统的有用认知、易用认知和可靠认知的重要因素。
In the research, the core structure of Technology Acceptance Model was used and Subjective Norm,Job Relevance, Uncertainty Avoidance,System Respond Time as well as Perceived Reliance as external variables were introduced,in order to find out the factors which significantly influenced the adoption action about B2B E-commerce System on Chinese company .Then an empirical study on the validation of theoretical B2B E-commerce Systems Ac- ceptance Model (BESAM) was coaducted.
