基于征地补偿的失地农民生活水平评价研究

Study on the Index System of Life Level of the Land-losing farmers Based on the Land Expropriation

国家在征用土地时,征地补偿不合理、标准低,致使失地农民生活水平下降,对此,中央提出了"要采取切实措施,使被征地农民生活水平不因征地而降低"。分析了征地补偿不合理对失地农民生活水平造成的影响,结合农民失地前后生活水平构成因子,在总结定义了失地农民生活水平的内涵的基础上,构建了衡量失地农民生活水平的评价指标体系,并阐述了指标体系的评价方法。

In this article some messages of our government that we should take some measures to protect life level of land-losing farmers not to be decreased were introduced and the main factor affecting the life level of land-losing famers was analyzed and the rights who had land were analyzed. The evaluation index system of land-losing famers was set up, and at last, the comprehensive evaluation assessment was explained.
