鹿茸对大鼠睾丸影响的形态计量

MORPHOMETRY OF THE EFFECT OF PILOSE ANTLER ON THE TESTICLE OF RAT

本文通过对健康成年wistar大鼠饲以鹿茸乙醇提取液，分批在用药1个月、2个月、3个月后处死，光镜下观察用药后大鼠睾丸生精细胞和睾丸间质细胞的形态特点；并采用体视学方法计量间质细胞的体密度（Vv），数密度（Nv），平均自由程（πλ），表面积密度（Sv）；测算了生精细胞的层数，每个曲精管断面精原细胞数及其细胞核分裂率。结果发现：饲饮药物1个月即可促使大鼠生精细胞核分裂率升高（P＜0．01）；饲药2个月，不但大鼠生精细胞核分裂率升高而且每个曲精管断面的精原细胞数量也增多（P＜0．01）；饲药3个月大鼠除精原细胞核分裂率升高、精原细胞数／曲精管增多外，生精细胞的层数亦明显增多。体视学计量结果表明饲药3个月大鼠睾丸间质细胞Nv、λ有显著差异（P＜0．01）；提示鹿茸乙醇提取液饲用1个月后对正常成年大鼠生精过程有一定程度促进作用，随饮用时间延长，作用愈趋显著。

This paper studied by means of fed healthy adult rats with alcoholic extract of Pilose anlter. Then killed them when they had taken medicine in one,two,three month and observed the character of the testiular spermatogenic cells and interstial cells with hacroscope. With the sterological method we quantitated the volume density (V. ) 'numerical density (Nv)mean free procedure (X) 'surface density (Sv ) of the interstial cell,and computed the average layer of spermatogenic cell and numbered the karyokinesis rate of spermatogonium on every cross section of convoluted tuble of testis. The results showed: the karyokinesis rate rf spermatogonium was higher by taking,medicine one month (P<0.01 ), It was higher by taking medicine two month (P<0.01), It was higher too by taking medicine three month that the karyedinesis rate of spermatogonium, the number of sperrnatogonium on every cross section of convoluted tuble of testis and the average layer of spermatogonic (P<0.01). The result of stereological method quantitated showed: The Vv, X of interstial cell of rat of the group by taking medicine three month is visibly different from other group. These results told us: there are some anxo-ac-tion to rat's spermiogenesis by taking alcoholic extract of pilose antler one month, And the more time the more anxo-action
