来自中国台湾的小帆，随中国台湾地区的重症肌无力患者团从香港转机赴青岛访问。飞机上，东航山东“鲁燕”乘务示范组像往常一样为乘客精心安排了精彩丰富的互动节目，在推介“帆船之都”青岛的环节中，乘务员随机地寻找名字中带“帆”的幸运乘客，这让小帆意外地成了机上最幸运的乘客。
