预防腰椎管术后并发症的探讨

Prevention of Complications after Lumbar Canal Operation

报告３２８例腰间盘突出症或伴有椎管狭窄的外科治疗，再手术率１．８％，其中２例下腰不稳，３例疤痕粘连，１例后纵韧带下髓核残留，２例轻度椎间隙感染，并发症低于其它文献报道，取得了较好的疗效。作者着重对术后腰椎不稳、神经根或硬脊膜粘连、椎间隙感染的原因及预防进行讨论。

We reported 328 cases with lumbar disc herniation,or combined with spinal stenosis treated surgically.In this group,7 patients had to undergo second operation,the reoperative rate was 1 8%,including 2 cases of unstable lower back,2 cases of scar adhesion,1 case of residual nucleus pulposus under posterior longitudinal ligament,2 cases of infectious discitis.The occurrence of complications was lower than those reported in the literature.The outcome in our series was satisfactory.The cause and prevention of lumbar unstability,adhesion of nerve root or epidural adhesion,infectious discitis were discussed in this article.
