消胀冲剂治疗慢性浅表性胃炎147例临床观察

Xiaozhang Granule for Chronic Superficial Gastritis: An Observation of 147 Cases

３０９例慢性浅表性胃炎患者，随机分为消胀冲剂治疗组１４７例及辨证施治组１６２例，进行症状、胃镜、病理疗效对比分析。结果消胀冲剂组及辨证治疗组症状改善总有效率分别为９２．５％、９２．６％，两者无显著性差异；胃镜疗效总有效率分别为８６．４％、８４．６％，两者无显著性差异；病理疗效总有效率分别为８５％、７０．４％，两者比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明消胀冲剂固定方治疗慢性浅表性胃炎在病理改善上优于辨证施治。该冲剂不仅有利提高治疗疗效，而且在根治、防止复发方面更有其实用意义。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Xiaozhang granule for chronic superficial gastritis. Method:329 cases of chronic superficial gastritis were randomly allocated to two groups:147 cases(group A) were treated with Xiaozhang granule and 162 cases (group B) with other Chinese herbal medicines.The changes of symptom,gastroscopic and pathologic picture were studied. Results: The total effective rates of symptom relief, gastroscopic and pathologic picture in group A were 92.5% ,86.4% and 85.0%,while 92.6%,84.6% and 70.4% in group B respectively. A significant difference between the two groups was found in the total effective rates of pathologic picture. Conclusion:Xiaozhang granule has advantages over other Chinese herbal medicines in the improvement of pathologic picture and has a practical value for curing and preventing recurrence of the disease.
