恶性肿瘤甲象特点的观察研究

Observation of the Patients'Nails with Malignant Tumor

为研究恶性肿瘤患者的甲象特点，以常人５０例（Ⅰ组）、一般疾病患者５０例为对照（Ⅱ组），观察恶性肿瘤患者２４９例（Ⅲ组）的甲象，发现恶性肿瘤患者的甲板形质异常、甲板色泽异常以及甲下肉色异常均比其他两组严重，组间比较其发生率均具统计学意义。结合临床情况，认为恶性肿瘤的甲象特点是：甲板形质异常多为营养不良性变化；甲板色泽变化主因来源于抗癌药物的色素沉着；甲半月的消失、变小主因气血亏虚；甲床紫晕主因细络瘀血，微循环障碍。

The nails of 249 cases with malignant tumor (groupⅠ) were studied and compared with 50 healthy people (groupⅡ) and 50 cases with common diseases (groupⅢ). The results showed that the nails of patients with malignant tumor had the following charateristics: the form and color of nails and the color of nail bed were abnormal as compared with the other groups.It is indicated that the abnormal form of nail is resulting from lack of nutrients, the change of color from pigmentation of antitumor drugs, the shrinkage and disappearance of nail crescent from deficiency of qi and blood and the appearance of purplish coloration from stagnation of collaterals and microcirculating disturbance.
