穴位埋线法治疗癫痫的临床研究

A Clinical Study on Point Catgut_embedding Therapy for Epilepsy

本研究选择癫痫患者９８例，随机分成两组：治疗组５０例、对照组４８例，治疗组选用穴位埋线法治疗，对照组用一般的针刺法治疗，观察其疗效及其对癫痫患者脑脊液ｒ－氨基丁酸（ＣＳＦＧＡＢＡ）及发铜、锌含量的影响。结果：治疗组的总有效率为９２．０％，对照组的总有效率为７０．９％，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０２５）；穴位埋线治疗后，患者ＣＳＦＧＡＢＡ及发铜的含量均明显升高。

Ninety_eight cases with epilepsy were allocated to two groups at random:treatment group(50 cases)and control group (48 cases). The treatment group were treated with point catgut_embedding and the control group with acupuncture. The content of GABA in CSF and hair Cu and Zn of patients were detected.The results showed that the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 92%and 71% respectively (P< 0.05) ,and the content of GABA in CSF and hair Cu were increased obviously.
