脂溢性脱发患者毛发的扫描电镜观察

SEM Observation for Hair of the Patients with Seborrheic Alopecia

运用扫描电镜对脂溢性脱发患者毛发的超微结构进行观察，结果显示：病发超微结构的变化主要在于发干表面毛小皮的片状脱落、糜烂、结痂及断裂。结合临床研究发现，病发这种病理结构的变化与其合并的细菌和真菌感染存在相关性，积极地预防和治疗局部合并的细菌或真菌感染可能有助于本病的治疗。

Scan electron microscope (SEM)was used to observe the hair ultrastructure of the patients with seborrheic alopecia. The results showed that the main changes of ultrastructure were patchy scaling,erosion,scabbing and break-down of the superficial hair cutile of the hair stem. Combined with clinical observation,it was found that the change of the pathologic structure was correlated with the combined infection of bacteria and fungi. Active prevention and treatment of local concomitant mycotic or bacterial infection may be helpful for the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.
