多发性骨髓瘤患者使用双膦酸盐引起颌骨坏死二例 被引量：3

摘要 例1，男，63岁。2004年2月因胸痛2个月余，骨穿检查示浆细胞占0．230，IgD2400g／L，24h尿轻链λ34770mg／24h，血肌酐212．3μmol／L，X线检查示双侧肋骨、颅骨、胸腰椎多发性溶骨性改变，确诊多发性骨髓瘤IgDⅢ期B组。确诊后即给予帕米膦酸二钠每次90mg，每月1次，给药2次后减量为每月60mg，直到2005年6月出现左上颌骨坏死后停用。
