LASUK手术在高度近视及薄角膜屈光矫正中的应用

摘要 本文介绍准分子激光角膜原位联合瓣背面磨镶术(Laser in-situ & undersurface of flap keratomileusis,LASUK)的手术方法、手术特点、适应范围、临床相关研究。将LASUK与LASIK以及PRK、LASEK、epi—LASIK等表面切削术式进行比较,LASUK较LASIK手术适应范围更广,较表面切削手术有Haze发生少等优点,为高度近视及角膜偏薄患者提供了一种更为安全可靠的手术方式。
