ART多区切削的LASIK矫正超高度近视的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨ART(advanced refractive treatment)多区切削的LASIK矫正超高度近视的临床效果。方法选择回顾性分析超高度近视患者行ART多区切削LASIK病例组和常规LASIK对照组的术后半年恢复情况,分析病例组的角膜节省程度,比较两组的术后视力,不适症状及安全性。结果ART多区切削LASIK更节省角膜厚度与手术时间;两组在术后视力恢复、不适症状发生率,安全性方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ART多区切削的LASIK是矫正超高度近视的安全、有效的临床手段。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)with advanced refractive treatment -multizone ablation for ultra high myopia .Method Retrospectively analyzed the groups of LASIK with advanced refractive treatment-multizone ablation and normal LASIK half a year before, compared the corneal saving of multizone ablation group,compared the postoperative visual acuity, complaints,safety of multizone and normal groups.Result Multizone group significantly saved cornea tissue and time. There is no significant difference between multizone and normal groups on postoperative visual acuity ,complaints abd safety (P〉0.05).Conclusion LASIK with advanced refractive treatment-multizone ablation is safe, effective for ultra high myopia.
