人胚胎胃肠道粘膜上皮SBA结合位点的定性和定量分析

摘要 通过凝集素亲和组织化学ABC法和显微图像分析法对15~38周的人胚胎胃肠道粘膜上皮SBA结合位点的定性和定量分析,结果显示:SBA的标记阳性定位于空肠、回肠、升结肠、横结肠和直肠粘膜上皮糖尊和杯状细胞核上区。定量分析显示在升结肠和胃、回肠、横结肠以及升结肠和直肠之间存在显著差异,说明在胃肠道中相关酶存在显著不同。 The qualitative and quantitative studies on the binding sites of Soy bean agglutinin(SBA) in the mucosal epithelium of the gastrointestinal tracts were performed in 63 cases of human embryo. The gestational age ranged from 15 to 38 weeks. The methods used in these studies includeaffinity cytochemical ABC method and automated visual inspection. The results indicated that the binding sites of SBA were confined to the surface of the epithelium in the stomach,they can alsobe bound in glycocalyx and the supernuclear cytoplasm of the goblet cell in the jejunum, the ileum,the ascending colon,the transverse colon and the recutm. The quantitative analysis indicated that the density of SBA combining sites was markedly lower in the ascending colon than that in the stomach,the ileum,the transverse colon and the rectum. The difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01)
