摘要
本文以不锈钢氧化皮酸洗废渣为原料,采用碱热氧化法制备尖晶石结构铁氧体磁性材料,研究各工艺参数对铁氧体显微组织和磁性能的影响。研究表明:NaOH浓度的升高和H2O2滴加量的增加,尖晶石铁氧体晶体结构中的Cr离子含量逐渐减少,而Fe离子含量呈单调增加。废渣经处理后,其颗粒尺寸逐渐减小。在160℃,用1100g/LNaOH和120mlH2O2的混合溶液对废渣进行处理,所得铁氧体的磁性能可达到:饱和磁化强度Ms为12.07emu/g,剩磁Mr为2.37emu/g和矫顽力Hc为199.99Oe。
In this paper, Chromium spinel ferrites were synthesized using oxide scale residue as raw materials, which were obtained in the process of stainless steel acid pickling. The crystallographic and magnetic properties of the ferrites were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD), Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS-9). The concentrations of heavy metals in the ferrites were also studied using Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES). It was found that the content of Cr ions in the products decreases with the increase in the concentration of NaOH and the volume of doped HzOz. On the contrary, that of Fe ions increases. The particle size decreases by the end of the treatment. Accordingly, the magnetic properties of ferrites were greatly improved. the spinel ferrite with saturated magnetization Ms of 12.07 emu/g, remanent magnetization Mr of 2.37 emu/g and coercive force Hc of 199.99 Oe can be obtained.
