摘要
采用3,4-二氨基吡啶诱发的体外大脑皮层^3H-去甲肾上腺素释放试验,研究双甲地脑组织NE释放的影响及其作用机理。在细胞外有钙或无钙时,双甲脒均能明显抑制DAP诱发的大脑皮层NE释放,其抑制程序与α2-肾上腺素受体激动剂可乐定的抑制效应相当。钙离子重摄取阻断钌红能部分抵消细胞外无钙时双甲脒对NE释放的抑制作用。
The effects of the pesticide amitraz were investigated on 3,4-diaminopyridine (DAP)-evoked3H-norepinephrine(3H-NE) release from the rat cerebral cortex in the presence and absence of extra-cellurar Ca2+ . Amitraz inhibited the 3, 4-DAP-evoked3H-NE release to a extent similar to that obtained with the a2-adrenoceptor agonist clonidine. In the absence of extracellular Ca2+ the inhibitory effect of amitraz on the NE relaese was reduced by the presence of ruthenium red ( a blocker for Ca2 + reuptake) . These results support the hypothesis that amitraz might affect the intracellular mechanism of Ca2+homeosusis.
